About me
I am shortly to be an accredited ILM* Level 7 Executive Coaching and Leadership coach and I have 20 years of leadership experience. I hold a master’s degree in education, coaching and mentoring. I bring expertise in learning strategies, psychology and neurodiversity from my career as a headteacher. I thrive on working with leaders from all sectors, and have a special affinity for school leaders, understanding the complexities of their roles. I provide a welcoming, safe space for leaders to explore their thoughts and actions, vision and values. To find creative solutions for their organisations, grow their confidence in leadership and reignite their passion for their work. A true reflective conversation leads to insights which can unlock potential leading to authentic, creative, empowered leadership. I encourage clients to have self-compassion, reframing any limiting self-beliefs which may be holding them back. Sessions are focused, with goals agreed and revisited to maintain forward momentum and real, actionable outcomes. But at the heart of each session lies unrushed time and space for deep exploration of issues, thoughts and feelings. As a member of the ILM, I operate within an ethical framework, adhering to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Code of Ethics. Clients can expect confidential sessions, which are non-judgemental, with contracting at the outset to ensure a consistent approach, thoughtfully tailored to each client. * Institute of Leadership and Management https://www.i-l-m.com/ |
